Dr. Jen has been part of the Lakewood Pet Vet family since 2015. She is a New York native and received her undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University. After graduating from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, she successfully completed a rigorous small animal rotating surgery and medicine internship at BluePearl Veterinary Partners in NYC. In October of 2014, Dr. Jen made the permanent move to sunny California. Outside of work, she and her husband have their hands full caring for two kids; as well as a cat and a dog named Nori. Nori, who is a small black chihuahua you may sometimes see prancing around the clinic. Read More

After graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences, she completed a rigorous one-year rotating internship at Inland Valley Veterinary Specialist and Emergency Center where she gained experience in many fields including, emergency, internal medicine, oncology, surgery, and shelter medicine. Outside of work Dr. Dang enjoys spending time with her fiance, trying out new food, baking, and watching online cats and dogs videos. She attended undergraduate school at the University of California, Berkeley, and continued her journey to become a veterinarian at the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Her veterinary interests include dermatology, behavior, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lee loves cooking, baking, and exploring new boba spots with her fiancé. Her fur babies include Louie, a Havanese mix and parvo survivor rescued prior to vet school, and Nilla, a poodle mix rescued during her shelter externship. Read More

Dr. Sara, a Cali girl at heart, received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA and then went to receive her DVM from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. She recently moved from Houston, TX where she completed an internship in general medicine. Her veterinary interest includes soft tissue and emergency surgery, dermatology, and internal medicine. Dr. Sara is married and has two fur babies, a cat, and a dog. Her cat, Garbanzo, was her partner in crime throughout all of veterinary school. Her dog, Ardy, was born in Texas but is a huge fan of the Cali weather. In her free time, Dr. Sara and her husband enjoy trying new foods, going to the beach with Ardy, and shopping at Costco. Dr. Lujan’s primary veterinary interests include surgery, dermatology, and behavior; and he enjoys being able to help educate clients and give them the information they need to best understand their pets' conditions. In his free time, he enjoys streaming TV shows, playing video games on his computer, and spending time with his two Labrador Retrievers Brownie and Smokey. Read More

Cristal started her career with us as a receptionist at Bixby Animal Clinic before moving on to Lakewood Pet Vet to become Front Office Manager.
